§ 20-24. Same—Location placement.

Containers shall not be placed adjacent to the street or sidewalk except on the days when garbage is to be collected. A schedule of collection shall be kept on file at the clerk's office. Garbage containers shall be removed from their positions adjacent to the street or sidewalk after the contents have been emptied on that same day; provided, that at places of business or manufacturing, empty containers shall not be left on the street for more than 30 minutes between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
