§ 26-443. General procedures.

(a)

The owner or operator of the vehicle to be towed will be given the opportunity to request the wrecker service of his choice when feasible.

(b)

In the event the owner or operator is unable or refuses to make an "owners request," the officer will notify the communication unit to contact the next wrecker on rotation.
